I am afraid that "Bronze/Wallstreet" means nothing to me. The instructions
you quote are for the "G3 Series" first version known as the Wallsreet.

If you have a "Bronze Keyboard" machine, then you must have a "Lombard"
with
built-in USB ports. On this machine, you unlock the keyboard at the rear
of the machine, or from the manual:

1. Unlock the keyboard if it
is locked. Use a flathead
screwdriver to turn the
keyboard locking screw
at the back of the
computer counterclockwise.
Note:
The keyboard locking
screw is captured and should
not be completely removed.

2. Pull down on the
keyboard release tabs
located to the left of the
F1 and F9 keys until the
top portion of the
keyboard pops up.
Caution:
Do not lift the
keyboard by the keycaps.
Keycap replacement
procedures can be found in
the Additional Procedures
chapter of this manual.

3. Lift the top of the
keyboard up and pull it
toward you to disengage
the tabs holding the
keyboard in place.
