Skill Set: Business System Analyst.
Duration : 6 Months
Location : Miami,FL
For this position, candidate must have strong Health Care Insurance
Enrollment experience, as well as strong Rational and RUP capabilities.
Candidate must have extensive experience facilitating UAT testing at the end
of the life cycle, experience with Systems Level requirements and Systems
Integration, and must be able to defend what he or she was IN CHARGE of on
the project, and not just what he or she PARTICIPATED IN. The longer the
candidate was at their projects, the better (1 year + is preferable).
Prepare detailed system requirements and specifications and participate in
the development of system solution design for existing and new capabilities.
Primary accountabilities include analysis and design activities, UML
modeling, facilitating JAR/JAD sessions, and working with other analysts to
detail use cases and analysis models.
Requirements gathering and analysis, Use Case, UML, RUP, SDLC process, MS
Applications. Candidates must have a minimum of either Use Case and RUP
experience or Healthcare and DIAMOND experience.
Prefer that candidates have modeling experience with either RSA (Rational
Software Architect) or Rose.
