*CRM PM Job Description*
The Project Manager position is part of a cross functional team with
responsibility to lead the project preparation through go live & support of
the enterprise-wide implementation of SAP CRM to ensure it supports enterprise
business processes for inbound and outbound CRM. This position is
responsible for managing the process analysis/design, configuration, testing
and implementation of the inbound and outbound CRM initiatives for our
client.
The candidate will ensure overall design is compliant with US and global
direction to provide a design that will:
" Replace the current inbound call center CRM applications
" Implement an outbound CRM solution including campaign management
" Ensure the solution will integrate into the existing enterprise
application architecture
The candidate will also determine the effort and overall budget required to
implement SAP inbound and outbound CRM. This is to include providing
analysis and recommendations on how the implementation of the inbound and
outbound CRM will integrate into the existing application landscape.
The candidate will be required to lead the project team in the
implementation for inbound and outbound CRM. This will include leading the
project team in the configuration scenarios focusing on playbacks of actual
end-to-end capabilities of SAP solution to the user community, identifying
additional gaps/requirements and solutions/workarounds, and providing
guidance, support and direction to Project Teams through full implementation
cycle, including: Design, Build, Testing, Implementation, and Stabilization.

" Plays the lead role in planning CRM implementation and change
management in the VWGoA business
" Draft, maintain and gain approval for project
documentation, including
Project Charters, Project Plans and reports
" Oversee the translation of business requirements into detailed
Business Blueprint/Specification
" Manage deliverables as required
" Identify and engage with relevant end-users
" Participate in high-level scoping of requirements for systems
and tools to check possible fit with existing application(s) and to propose
development/modification options
" Provide regular status reporting to relevant stakeholders
" Draft rollout plans for field approval and participate in
deployment activities

enterprise CRM

" Communicate orally and in writing, at all levels, both
internally and externally
" Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
" Thorough knowledge of enterprise CRM strategy, process, and
tools
" Current knowledge of best practice tools and methods
" PC/Desktop experience using Microsoft Vista or XP including
utilization of Microsoft Office Professional software.
" Strong leadership and decision making abilities
" Must be able to work on multiple complex tasks, meet deadlines,
and deal with conflicting priorities
Educational Requirements:
" A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
" Knowledge of beginners to intermediate German language is
desired, but not necessary.
