* *Eight plus years of IT* project experience in a complex business
environment
* Five years plus of* IT Change Management* experience in global
enterprise
Organization
* Demonstrated team leadership skills.
* Project Risk Management
* Corporate, Industry & Professional Standards Awareness
* Project Planning & Control Techniques
* Confident in contacts with board and senior managers
* Self Confident Integrity - must be assertive to keep Change Management
on the
project agenda and drive issue resolution
* Ability to self-manage and work in the virtual team environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
* BS from a recognized accredited college in Communications, IT
Management or
related discipline. Equivalent level of education if not an IT
Professional.
