Production Support/Developer This position requires skill in production support, as follows: Carries a pager and responds to production requests, escalating unresolved issues as needed to proper personnel. Provides senior-level end-user support, which may include: providing systems administration assistance, coordinating stakeholder discussions, updating user documentation or conducting training. The primary focus of this position is 2-tier production support of Securities Accounting applications. * Mortgage industry of experience preferred * Fannie Mae production support experience preferred * Experience with Remedy, ClearQuest, and Mercury Quality Center an asset * Experience supporting Sybase & Oracle (MANDATORY) databases * Can work in both UNIX and Windows environments * Autosys scheduling and job management * Strong follow-through, initiative to stay with issues until they are resolved, along with discipline and tenacity to meet deadlines. * Ability to multi-task and provide support to production users and multiple development teams across concurrent project tasks. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills, along with good customer focus. * Java, J2EE, and Crystal Reports experience an asset We need a candidate that has a strong production support AND development background.
