*Duration: 4 months (Need EAD, GC, CITIZENS ONLY)* Location: Washington DC *Rate: $55* (Financial Engineer Tester) performs high complexity analysis, design, and testing of software applications. The Financial Engineer Tester is part of a team that tests applications that are used corporate wide to price and analyze credit risk. An advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as economics, finance, applied mathematics, statistics or computer science or an equivalent combination of education and /or experience is required. Specifically s/he will be responsible for • Testing complex analytical software • Validating new credit analytics models and new credit risk management methodologies • Working independently to develop high-level and detailed test plans based on requirements.
