Our client is looking for AJAX User Interface Developer *Title:AJAX User Interface Developer Location: SFO.Local candidates only Start: ASAP Duration: 4 months* Required Qualifications: Strong professional history of cross-platform and cross-browser web development Deep knowledge of interactive web design and development tools including image editing software (Photoshop) and code editors (Eclipse). Excellent command of valid XHTML, CSS 2 and XML Extensive experience converting visual designs to hand-coded XHTML and CSS, with an acute eye for detail and design fidelity, efficient template re-use, and flexible reusable CSS stylesheets. Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, including common design patterns and how they can be applied to User Interface architecture. Demonstrated experience with robust, Object-oriented JavaScript for AJAX application development. Demonstrated experience with the Prototype and Scriptaculous JavaScript Toolkits. Proficiency with JSP development. Experience with version control systems such as CVS and SVN. Demonstrated experience of image optimization for the Web Strong communications skills Additional Helpful Qualifications: Experience with toolkits such as jQuery, Dojo or YahooUI. Adobe Flash ActionScript 2.0/3.0, and Adobe Flex 2.0/3.0 background. Experience with automated unit testing using JsUnit.
