The solution is utilizing .NET C# Framework 3.5, Windows Presentation Framework (WPF), Windows Communication Framework (WCF), Silverlight, SQL Server CE, and Oracle. The solution integrates with back end Oracle systems for data retrieval. The project is broken up into releases and it is currently in Pilot. The resources should have strong customer facing skills, good communication skills, and be able to integrate well with the team. *5-7 .NET Developer, $45 corp* Developers will be working on implementing the solution as designed by the Design team. They will also be asked to fix defects during the testing phase. The technologies include WPF, WCF, Silverlight, LINQ Queries, and ADO.NET. Developers will be required to write simple to medium complexity SQL for Oracle.. We are expected to write DML scripts and also must be able to query data for troubleshooting. * * *1 .NET Development Lead, $58.00* Responsible for managing the Developers. Development lead have many of the same technical skills as the .NET Developer role and will help the developers to resolve technical issues and keep the developers focused. Development lead will be reviewing code to ensure consistency and readability of his team's code. Development lead will also be expected to write code and fix defects. *2 .NET Architects $60* Architects will be defining the technical approach for the solution based on the functional specifications and business objectives. They will ensure that the solution is appropriate for the technical requirements (usability, scalability, etc). They will also be responsible for managing code quality and the build and deploy process. *2-3 .NET Data Architects, $54* Responsible for defining the DDL for the database, preparing the data scripts for the solution, and ensuring appropriate performance for the application at the database layer.
