XML and mq are good communication and technical writing skills are mandatory - Design and develop J2EE software components in a fast paced multidisciplinary environment. - Lead discrete development projects and take complete ownership of technical solution. - Develop accurate level of effort estimates, and manage task schedules. - Excellent communication skills that can be used to effectively communicate technical concepts to business teams. - Understand consumer customer requirements with respect to its impact to the success of the business goal and be able to translate them to a technical implementation. - Suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences. - Interact well with other technical team leaders such as architects, testing, analysts, and release managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal. - Write the detail technical design documentation, - Code and unit test J2ee applications - Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify integration points - Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects - Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications On call responsibiklites after implementations * * *Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in related business area or equivalent work experience and 6 or more years of related work experience * - 1 or more years of experience in a technical lead role - Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies and system integration - Experience with unix (AIX) operating systems - Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures - Demonstrated experience programming using java J2EE language - PC Skills - Experience using SQL or similar query language - Eemonstrated experience using debugging tools -RAD - Demonstrated experience using versioning tools (Clear case, ) - Experience using a report-writing tool *Healthcare industry knowledge ( I would hire without but this very nice to have) * - Flowcharting tools (Visio) - IBM Websphere Application server 6.0 experience - 3 o rmore years with RUP methodology and rational tools - 5-6 years of experience developing web based services and SOA - 5-6 yearsExperience developing in Hibernate and Spring - 6-10 yeasrs experience applying J2EE security, Concurrency, Transactions, Session Management, J2EE Patterns, and Frameworks to application solutions * * *Please send resume with:* 1.
