Analyzes user requirements, develops and implement ETL processes to extract data from heterogeneous systems into a common repository for analytics and ad-hoc queries. *2. Provides in depth data quality and profiling analysis. *3. Develops ETL functional and technical specifications, mappings and workflows in a disparate environment. *4. Creates and/or expands existing Data Marts (both physical and logical) to meet the organizational needs of operational and clinical decision makers. 5*. Work closely with other Admin's, technical staff, analyst staff and vendors to design database and data mart models. *6. Provides support & administration of the ETL tool in 24x7 cluster environment. *7.Manages and monitors performance, data integrity, design, availability, security, data modeling, upgrades, and patches for both test and production databases. 8. Manages and lead small projects. 9. Establishes and implements new or revised systems requirements or procedures. 10. Coordinate activities of project team and act as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff. 11.Collaborates with peers and business analysts to develop best practices (code review, change management, data dictionary management, etc.), standard naming conventions for ETL. 12. Other duties as assigned. *Tasks To Be Performed by Contractor* * Collaborate with appropriate providence resources to assist in developing data model for the* ODS* databases * Participate in project meetings * Refine data extraction process for Clinical data warehouse to add additional data from smaller source systems. * ETL processes to extract, transform and load data into the ODS Oracle database. * Develop effective error handling and monitoring to notify about the ETL process failures. * Documentations including Visio diagrams to document the architecture * *Key Project Deliverables* * Multiple ODSs, including associated ETL processes, for clinical and non-clinical applications * Weekly status reports * Documentation for each ODS database and associated ETL process(s) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Powerbuilder Assignments" group.
