*The developer will work on developing a help desk database to improve and
track the integration of communications efforts among communications staff.
Database systems include Lotus Notes (the World Bank's application platform
to ensure compatibility with institutional systems), internal websites, and
integrate with external software and platforms that provide additional
functionality. In addition to advanced knowledge of Lotus Notes design and
development, the developer will need to be proficient in html, css and
Javascript

Specifically, the developer will:
·               Develop a help desk tracking system that has a configurable
Workflow
·               The database has to be easily configurable and should have
multiple routes of Workflow depending on conditions
·               It should have a web interface to enable logging the
requests
·               Enhance and fix bugs once the database is
finalized
·               Identify opportunities to further improve effectiveness
through closer integration with other leading databases used across the
Communications Network.*
