*DIRECT CLIENT REQ**: **Sr. Oracle Clinical Programmer*** *Location: NJ * *Duration: 1 year * Work with clinical teams in the development and support of Global Clinical Data Management Systems. Plan and coordinate database design, development, implementation, maintenance, and user support of clinical study databases in EDC or paper based trials. Provide technical expertise of the clinical teams via developing complex specification documents (for example reports and output specifications for the internal clients and external vendors). Program, test, and document database development in accordance with programming standards and validation procedures. Work with IT testing, and evaluating upgrades to technologies, including systems validation. Responsible for making sure that global standard are used in the specification and development of studies, custom reports, and clinical outputs. May serve as Database Designer/Database Builder/EDC Application Analyst on corporate project teams. *QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelors Degree or Higher Technical expertise in Clinical Systems, Inform, dsNavigator and I-Review Systems, Oracle, software modules and or other related clinical database systems. Extensive knowledge of EDC, eCRF, Relational Databases, PL/SQL and SQL and SAS programming concepts and logics. Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical and or biotech industry.
