Responsibilities will include analysis, design, development, and unit and integration testing. Possibility of contract to hire arrangement at the end of the contract. Great stable company offering a challenging, dynamic, yet pleasant working environment. *Requirements: ** 7-10 yrs. of overall application development experience. * 4 yrs. of Java development experience in a WebSphere environment with Spring, ExtJS, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, RAD and J2EE architecture. * 3 yrs. of C++ development experience in a Solaris UNIX environment using Roguewave libraries. * 2-3 years of experience with SQL. * 1-2 years of experience with Spring Framework and/or Hibernate. * Experience with SQLJ, JIB X and Java Debugging desirable. * 1-2 years of Shell (ksh, perl, bash etc.,) programming experience desirable. * Experience with Waterfall, Agile development methodology and SDLC. * Ability to work with DBA's to change database table structures to accommodate business requirement changes. * DB2 experience is preferred either on mainframe or UNIX / SOLARIS. * Prior experience with IBM mainframe ZOS and CICS is also desired. * Knowledge of futures and options business is a big plus.
