The candidate needs to have hands on *CRIMS** *experience as they will be actually working in CRIMS, not just gathering requirements. They will be working very closely with the *CRIMS* IT staff and with the different business users (portfolio managers, trade operations, compliance, etc). Besides day to day maintenance of the system, they will also being doing small initiatives (between 2 and 4 week duration) where they will probably be playing both the PM and BA roles.
