*Duration: 2 months*
The project consists of 4 phases. All phases should be completed
within a 4 - 6 week timeframe.
1. Upgrade Novell Zenworks 4 to Zenworks 7
2. Upgrade and configure the existing Novell NetWare 6.5 Servers to
Open Enterprise Server 2 for Linux (OES2 SLES 8) and migrate services
and data to the new platform
3. Upgrade Groupwise 6.5 to Groupwise version 8
4. Assess, troubleshoot and resolve all outstanding issues
The contractor should be a Certified Novell Engineer.
Strong experience with the following is required:
NetWare 6 or later server administration
OES2 for Linux
SLES 8
Novell Storage Services (NSS)
Novell Client Protocol (NCP)
Novell eDirectory
Novell Certificate Server
DNS/DHCP
Novell iPrint
Novell NetStorage
Novell iManager
Novell Remote Manager
