*JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Need F2F or web cam interview with Client)*
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS:: *
a) The candidate should have the following competencies at a
minimum:
a. Over 4 years of IT Experience in Developing web applications,
smart client applications and system software development.
b. Over 4 years of development experience in .NET framework, Visual
Studio.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB .NET, desktop applications
c. Working knowledge of PL/SQL coding and database architecture for
Oracle or any RDBMS database
d. Experience in the complete system development life cycle (SDLC)
of multiple enterprise-wide web based applications
e. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft .NET architecture best
practices and Object Oriented Programming concepts
f. Should be a good team player with strong independent abilities,
abilities to guide, lead, and adapt new skills, and optimistic and energetic
personality that can both work well with others and independently.
g. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
*3. REQUIRED SKILLS:*
a) Languages: ASP, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML
b) Databases: MS SQL Server / Oracle (or any RDBMS database),
Microsoft Access
c) Design Tools: Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Visio, UML
designing
d) IDE: Visual Studio, Benthic, Toad
*4. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:*
a) Leading a team to develop, test and maintain multi-tier
applications using Microsoft's .Net Framework, the candidate will need
demonstrate the following skills on the developer position:
a. Competence in web technologies within enterprise solutions
b. Proficiency in developing Web applications, desktop applications
and Web Services using both C# and VB.NET
c. Practical Knowledge of implementing the complete Software
Development Life Cycle
d. Capture business requirements and translate business challenges
into technical solutions.
e. Ability to identify and advocate new technologies within the web
development team, attends design reviews and provide value-added feedback
and insight.
*5. RESPONSIBILITIES:*
a) As a part of an application development team, the candidate will
be responsible for the following:
a. Design, develop, unit test, implement and document application.
b. Assist in requirements and design sessions including functional
and technical requirement analysis, system analysis and workflow design.
c. Code and test program modules that meet design specifications
d. Ability to work contract for a 6 month to 1 year period.
*6. DESIRED EDUCATION:*
a) At least 4 years hands-on experience in application and software
development to support business applications
