Location: Washington DC Duration: Long term 6 years of industry experience and 2 years in a helpdesk environment Proposed resource should possess a minimum of six (6) years of information technology experience and at least two years of helpdesk experience in a sophisticated environment (i.e. using helpdesk ticketing; service level agreements; monitoring, inventorying and tracking tools). Additionally, the proposed resource should possess at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft® networking, e-mail, and other back office administration; antivirus, backups, anti-spam; network monitoring tools; and some networking equipment experience.
