Expertise in information security management principles and policies 5. *Solid grasp of Health Plan Administration Systems (Facets, QNext, Javelina, LuminX, WLT etc.)* 6. *Expertise in translating business needs into solution architecture. Understands technology options and has insight into various commercial platform solutions available to administer health benefits* 7. 5+ years of analysis and design experience on complex projects with highly developed system architecture and software design skills, spanning multiple technologies. 8. Proven solution or application architecture experience in large enterprise organizations. 9.
