Position : *Programmer Analyst (.Net)* Rate : Open Location : Madison,WI Period : 01/03/2011 to 06/30/2011 *DESCRIPTION: * Plans, develops, tests, and documents .NET web applications, applying knowledge of programming techniques and design patterns. Evaluates user request for new or modified program, such as for financial or human resource management systems, online recruiting, business intelligence using GIS features, or analyzing and developing specifications for a web portal application. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Using agile SDLC methodology to formulate plans outlining steps required to develop solutions that meet business requirements. Using .net development tools such as Visual Studio 2008/2010, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, and Team Foundation Server (TFS) to manage source code policies and software release cycles. Familiar with object oriented design techniques building reusable components in C# interfacing with Classic ASP, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and GIS Mapping Systems.
