The Sales Applications Team has an immediate need for 1 Sales
and Distribution Specialist for an implementation for CareFusion’s Grappa
project. Hiring manager will be available for 30 minute conference call
with vendor for additional details and Q&A.
*Duties*
This role should fulfill (at a minimum) the requirements of an
SAP Sales and Distribution Systems Analyst II or III from MSA Schedule
2.This role will be responsible for configuration, testing, , trouble
shooting and data conversion in the Sales and Distribution and Logistics
Execution modules. Key areas of experience, SAP Contracts, Pricing, Sales
Orders, Master Data, EDI, Outputs and Regulatory/Foreign Trade . Knowledge
of Vistex would be extremely valuable. Experience in an FDA validated
environment is required.
The selected resource will replace another contractor resource
who is no longer on the Grappa project. It is extremely important that this
person be able to quickly come up to speed, learn the business process, and
be able to communicate well. The person must be able to switch gears and
help where needed, as assignments may vary and CareFusion gets closer to
go-live.

*Qualifications*
* Required*
- 3+ years experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module (five years
would be better, but, person must be hands on, not recently leading
projects). Will consider three plus years depending on experience.
- Well-versed in all aspects of Sales and Distribution (including Master
Data, Contracts, Pricing, Sales Orders, Billing, Output, Deliveries and EDI)
- Must be an excellent analyst and able to function independently and own
the tasks they are assigned
- Ability to trouble shoot and resolve anomalies found during acceptance
testing
- Ability to analyze data
- Must have experience on a large implementation, as this person will be
assigned to work on some cutover tasks

- 5 + years relevant experience
- Experience with Vistex and 3PL a plus
