Please reply to *[email protected]*. *Sr. Business Analyst/Fixed Income Trade Processing * This IT department is responsible for Fixed Income trade processing systems from front office trade capture to back office settlement and confirmation. The department is accountable for delivering IT solutions via system integration, development, vendor software implementation and level-3 support. A senior, hands-on business analyst/project coordinator possessing strong experience in Fixed Income and capital markets business, responsible for strategic projects for US Primary Dealer on the main trading platform. It is critical that this individual has a proven track record working with trading, sales and business support clients to perform business functions analysis, document requirement and coordinate with technical staff(s) to deliver technology solutions. The individual also needs to manage business client expectations within a time-to-market and dynamic environment. o Study and analyze business functions, process requirements, pricing and risk analysis in the Fixed Income domain (corporates, treasuries and Interest Rate Derivatives) for US Primary Dealer business. o Drive toward tech/non-tech solutions, assess either tactical or strategic approaches, assess/provide costs and timeframe of solution(s). o Coordinating solution workshops, document requirements with sponsors and acquire signoffs. o Bridging precise and detailed business requirements with technical staffs and ensure accuracy of technical specifications covering the requirement. o Coordinate with users to conclude testing strategy, develop detailed testing cases and acquire user signoff criteria. o Hands-on involvement in reviewing and analyzing testing results, document/organizing test results to review with end-users. o Participate in design of new architecture in relation to IS strategy. o Lead and manage developers and fellow business analysts on dedicated projects o Team up with support team on release management o Use the Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies (unit test, automatic testing plan, software factory, continuous build).
