*Kindly send resumes to recrui...@burgeonits.com * Position: Websphere Admin Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6+ months • 6+ years in Information Technology supporting, maintaining, and proactively tuning Infrastructure Solutions. • Advanced skills and proven experience in the following areas is a requirement unless otherwise noted: o Oracle Weblogic 11g. o Oracle Event Manager. o Oracle Service Bus (preferred) o Websphere Application Server (preferred). o Websphere MQ. o CA Wily Introscope or similar application performance monitoring tool (required. Introscope strongly preferred). o Fluke Networks Visual Performance Manager (preferred). • Solid experience with system monitoring and management software. • Proven experience tuning and optimizing systems for peak performance. • Proven scripting and automation experience. • Experience with the J2EE framework including Java, EJB, JSPs and Serverlets, JDBC, SOA, JMS, XML. • Working knowledge of networking and switched network technologies. • Able to work with complexity in environments and determine potential for cross impacts. • Must have strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple complex projects and assignments simultaneously and to adapt to changing priorities. • Must be able to instill a sense of confidence in co-workers. • Works well with others. • Must have good organizational skills. • Up to 10% travel may be required. * Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* • Manage the environment installation and configuration. • Provide system administration, support, and tuning of a complex distributed environment. • Provide preventative maintenance and proactive tuning while also working in partnership with Application Support Teams on the day to day troubleshooting of this environment."
