*Minimum Requirements:*
• 8 Years Experience in programming and system design and
analysis using JAVA programming language.
• 8 Years Experience developing applications using Web sphere
Portal Application Server and Web sphere Application Server
• 8 Years Experience and skill in analyzing business
requirements, developing new and revising existing computer programs and
systems;
executing unit test procedures; and
producing required program and project documentation
• 8 Years Experience with developing business requirements;
producing accurate time estimates for technical solutions and recommending
technical solutions and resolves issues.
• 8 Years Knowledge of software development life cycle
methodologies
• 8 Years Knowledge and experience in software design and
analysis
• 8 Years Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals
and effective verbal and written communications
• 8 Years Ability to analyze, problem solve, learn new
technologies quickly, multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
• 8 Years Ability to work independently or in a team
environment and maintain effective and professional working relationships

Rational Application Developer, Rational Software Architect, Rational

• 3 Years Previous experience in Web sphere Portal version
