This project will be very complex and will demand exceptionally high quality team members. solid MMIS/DHHS experience Qualifications: *Required Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance):* Minimum of 2 years of project management experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance IT software/systems implementations performing duties such as those described in the “Daily Duties/Responsibilities” section above Superb written and oral communication skills, including the ability to give presentations to executive management. Strong proficiency in English is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a communications team and communications agency. Minimum of 2 years of experience developing operational processes and procedures for customer service and/or support. Experience with performance- or measurement-driven process improvement. Impeccable integrity. This project will have very high visibility and will impact significant expenditures of public funds.
