*Position: Business Analyst* *Location: Los Angeles, CA* *Duration: 5-6 months* * * *Must be local to Los Angeles and with financial Background*** *Job Description:* Applies business and technical knowledge in determining end-to-end business requirements for projects involving multiple lines of business. Works closely with stakeholders to determine requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of improvements (either applications or business process.) Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans/scripts serve customer needs. Perform tests and work on remediation of issues. Provide Project Manager support activities. Work with Project Manager to facilitate working sessions, team status meetings, and collaborate on presentations to senior and executive management. Must be able to handle multiple projects running simultaneously and high profile activities in a fast changing environment. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
