*Responsibilities:*
• The SAP SD Analyst is responsible for supporting the SAP SD modules.
He/she will possess extensive knowledge & hands on experience in all
aspects of SAP Sales & Distribution, SD Configuration and end-to-end
knowledge of the order to cash process.
• The SAP SD Analyst is responsible for working with the rest of the
organization to help define both operational procedure and SAP process
related to Sales & Distribution. Deep process knowledge in both with a
focus on Aerospace & Defense is required.
• The SAP SD Analyst must be able to define, build and maintain the SAP
configuration necessary to support business scenarios and processes for SD.
• The SAP SD Analyst is responsible for staying abreast of internal
business processes and systems necessary to support the break fix and
enhancement processes.
• The SAP SD Analyst will both participate in and lead SAP implementations
and upgrades. The Analyst must have at least four years SAP experience and
participated in two or more full-lifecycle SAP implementations and
upgrades.
• The SAP SD Analyst will be required to interact with all levels of the
company to ensure the SAP system meets the needs of the organization.
Analyst will meet regularly with internal customers to capture concerns,
new requirements and respond to evolving reporting needs as the
organization matures. Must be able to provide resolution to complex SD
issues. Good communication skills are required.
• The SAP SD Analyst will contribute to the creation of new policies and
procedures and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

 *Skills/Requirements:*
• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS Computer Science or related degree
• Broad general knowledge of the SAP functional applications and business
requirements and relevant business experience in the Aerospace & Defense
industry.
• A minimum of 4+ years of SAP SD configuration / support experience in ERP
6.0 or above.
• In addition to deep knowledge of SAP SD processes, Marvin Engineering
desires a candidate who has fluency in other SAP ECC modules (MM, PP, QM,
PS or FI/CO) and can potentially manage multiple processes. Capability to
manage multiple processes will be viewed as a significant plus.
• At least 2 full life cycle implementations and production support
experience.
• Ability to handle, prioritize and resolve a pipeline of tickets,
categorizing between break-fix and enhancements, etc.
• SAP hands-on experience in SAP Material Management:
1. Experience with core SD Processes activities.
2. Broad functional knowledge of supporting SD processes, including
customer master, pricing conditions, condition techniques, etc.
3. Good working knowledge of interfaces supporting SD/FI, SD/MM. (SD/PP a
plus)
• Ability to facilitate discussion, capture stakeholder requirements and
implement SAP process changes:
1. Ability to work closely with company employees to find solutions and
identify business process improvements.
2. Ability to analyze functional and technical needs to identify gaps and
alternative solutions to existing design.
3. Ability to evaluate impact of configuration or process changes across SD
and other SAP modules.
4. Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across
SD and other processes.
5. Ability to write detailed functional system specs to support SD
processes as well as document as-is system.
6. Ability to perform unit and integration testing
7. Ability to design and maintain interfaces
• Basic ABAP programming knowledge, preferably with debugging skills
• Familiarity with SAP work flow
• In addition to SAP knowledge, Marvin views broad knowledge of application
and database management as a significant plus. Candidates are encouraged to
discuss experience with other systems and tools used to support their
respective organizations.
• Experience in a structured process for system change request, review,
build, test & implementation
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal
skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to
multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
