*Jobtitle : FileNet P8 AdministratorLocation : Cincinnati, OHDuration : 6+ Months Contract* *Job Description* The FileNet P8 Administrator will be part of two teams that supports the FileNet Platform for a client in the Cincinnati Oh area. As part of the FileNet Image Services environment support team, the position will work on the tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the FileNet team lead to support and maintain or current Image Services footprint. As part of the FileNet P8 upgrade team, this position will work on tasks and responsibilities as assign by the FileNet P8 Upgrade project manager to upgrade the current FileNet Image Service environments to FileNet P8. *Key Qualifications* 7+ years of experience in the implementation, operations, development and maintenance of IT systems and/or administration of software functions in multi-platform and multi-system environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; Appropriate additional experience beyond the minimum required experience may be substituted for education Proficient understanding of design, implementation and sustainment activities of IT systems Familiarity with infrastructure management ITIL techniques such as change management, problem management, release management, configuration management and/or system lifecycle Experience with Unix, Windows and/or Linux environment including common suites and core business applications Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve system performance problems or outages Must be able to effectively communicate with coworkers and all levels of management both verbally and written Ability to work across functional and business teams, work with small teams and excel as individual contributor as and when required Be an independent performer would takes ownership for completing tasks and responsibilities Understanding of networking concepts (TCPIP, Routing, Switching and Firewalls) Work highly efficiently in multi-tasked environment dealing with several software and hardware systems and solutions concurrently Troubleshooting / Resolution Management *Required Experience:* 3+ years of experience with FileNet Image Services administration 3+ years of experience with FileNet P8 setup, configuration and administration Experience with integrating FileNet security with Active Directory. Ability to perform data and process migration from previous versions of IBM FileNet suite (e.g. 4.x) to the latest versions Have experience with FileNet Capture (preferred) Have experience with FileNet Data Cap (preferred) Have experience with SoftTech’s Importer and Data Tran products (preferred) Ability to analyze classification rules and setup document classes on P8 Content Engine Scripting skills are a plus (i.e. Gel Scripting, Xcelsius Dashboards, Java Scripting, Perl, PowerShell Scripting) Experiences with Interface on Oracle and SQL required Ability to develop, implement and adopt Systems Performance Monitoring Experienced with document classification and indexing of data Exposure to Records Management to enforce retention policies on records based on document classification Expertise in Load Balancing and Clustering in order to deliver High Availability.
