We are looking for a Senior/Expert Business Analyst (BA)
*Required Skills*
1. Expert level BA experience (5–7 years of experience)
2. Experience eliciting and documenting requirements
(user stories and use cases) (5–7 years of experience)
3. Technical writing skills (5–7 years of experience)
4. Strong Guidewire experience (2+ years of experience)
5. Test planning experience (2–5 years)
*The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:*
Ability to communicate articulately
Exceptional work ethic and drive
Ability to self-start and self-motivate
Ability to work well with others as a part of a team
Experience in a large I/S team environment
Methodical research skills. Willing to dig for results
Ability to succinctly and accurately depict business needs
Strong liaison skills between the business areas and the technology areas
Insurance background –Property/Casualty experience would be ideal.
Will also consider Commercial Lines experience
Guidewire BA experience - PolicyCenter would be ideal, but will consider
other Guidewire experience as well
*Position Description:*
Gather & write business requirements
Capture user story/use case information
Create business models
Create and validate test plans
Assist with logging and updating project issues
Assist with procedure updates
