Job Title: *Android QA Lead* Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6months contract *Required Skills:* - Strong communication skills - ensure active communication between leads and offshore team by translating the information without losing the meaning - Good Leadership skills – For e.g. Risk assessment and decision making from a delivery perspective - Must be technical enough to understand the Automation framework in detail and contribute meaningfully to code reviews. Doesn’t have to necessarily write code or make framework changes, but should be able to make feature file changes/modifications - Enthusiasm to learn and to contribute. - Expertise in leading Mobile Native applications testing in Android and IOS. - Ability to lead complex and dynamic individuals. - Expertise in web services and SOA testing. Expertise in SMS testing. - Maintain transparency in the process and keep client updated on daily progress and issues faced by team along with client expectations with offshore. *Good to have, but can learn* - Experience working in Agile methodology. - Strong skills in estimating the work and allocate resources efficiently. - Thinks and analyzes from a technical perspective.
