*please send me the resumes on st...@inteletechglobal.com <st...@inteletechglobal.com>* *QA Tester (System/Application)* *Minneapolis, MN or Winston Salem, NC* *6+ Months* *Minimum Requirements:* · 7 to 10 years’ experience in software QA and/or development, with experience working on 3 or more projects from requirements inception to product release. · 5+ years’ experience working as a QA Technical Lead on medium to complex projects. · 3+ years’ experience as a Project Management or Test Coordinator · Project management (ensure that ambiguity reviews, test plans, and scripts are complete and accurate and that testing is executed ontime and within budget). · Process management (insure that testing is performed in a consistent and traceable manner). · Ability to work in cross functional teams across multiple levels of the organization. · Understand existing test bed (if any), understand the new requirements and specifications · Determine complete scope, complexity and size of testing effort, possibly assign work out to subordinate testers, develop and execute test cases · Ensure compliance with testing best practices and standards · Report on QA status to the project team and upper management. · 4+ years proven success in testing large scale, multitiered, integrated systems. · 5+ years Experienced with Mercury Test Management tools (Quality Center, Test Director) and Rational ClearQuest Defect Tracking tool, or similar defect tracking tools · 2+ years’ Experience with real-time web services and batch feed testing. · Experience with testing web based and mainframe applications and testing environments · Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. · Strong analytical & organizational skills. · Familiarity with testing automation tools · Demonstrate follow through on tracking/resolving application and environmental issues discovered during testing. · Ability to document all phases of QA process. · Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. · Proven track record in recommending and implementation of QA best practices. · Experience in the use of HP Quality Center tool as support of the QA process. · Experience working with offshore teams a plus Thanks & Regards Starc st...@inteletechglobal.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Powerbuilder Assignments" group.
