*Business analyst with XMPie uStore @ Plano, TX*
Location : Plano, TX Duration : 6 Months Contract Rate :Open. Can you please check for suitable profile for below position and provide us the resumes: *Roles & Responsibilities:* · Business Knowledge of key applications of *XMPie uStore* : uStore Storefront and uStore Back Office · Interacts with business partners and /or IT staff to gather and document information related to requirements and/or software testing for full life cycle of project. · Study, analyze and document customer’s business processes and operational scenarios and associates them to software deliverables. · Analyze customer requirements and write functional specifications ensuring user-friendliness, optimized product performance, ease of development and maintenance. · Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet standards. Independently sorts low to medium complexity business issues to recommend appropriate direction. · Negotiate with customer/ team on the requirements scope and timelines, as required. · Analyze root cause and support customer issues within the service level agreement. · Develop and document use cases & functional documentation.
