*Job Title: Business Systems AnalystLocation: Phoenix, AZDuration: 1 – 2 years contract A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years as a Business Systems Analyst Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis (llBA) Valid Driver's license Ability to write business and technical documentation Ability to create project documentation with the following software: Microsoft Office products such as Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES* Requirements gathering using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, user stories, white board sessions, and use cases Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver written business and functional requirements Utilize industry recommended practices for requirements definition and management systems and methodologies Capability to work on multiple initiatives and projects at once Work independently with business and technology personnel to define concepts and approach for analysis Strong analytical and business skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the Enterprise Architecture Section through which requirements flow *DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS* ITIL v3 Foundation Training Certification Lean Six Sigma Training Certification Experience using Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Project Web Access (Office 365) BMC RemedyForce for incident, problem, change management ITSM processes Microsoft Power BI and Project Web App (PWA) Experience with competitive procurement processes (i.e. RFI, RFP) in a government setting BPMN certification -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Powerbuilder Assignments" group.
