You'll stretch your skills and grow as a primary contributor in design, development and integrating with other enterprise applications in organization *Required Skills:* •Must have been a Team Lead of a group of 5+ resources. Helping them with hands on Development and Coaching •Client is looking for someone who is a ‘hands-on’ coder in Pega. Can answer detailed questions on screens, checkboxes, workflows, etc. •In parallel, client is looking for someone who serve as a team lead for Pega developers, including coaching and mentoring •CSA and CSSA certified •5-7+ years of Pega Experience •At least 1 year Pega 7 experience •Style should be ‘Supportive’ and not ‘Dictative’ •Resource should be able to understand the business request and ask thought provoking questions to clarify scope, break work into smaller tasks to assign to developers, etc. •Resource should also be able to challenge and suggest alternatives (when/where appropriate) to better align with longer-term objectives (i.e., do not be an ‘order taker’ from the business) •Proactive, very strong communication skills required •Experience leading teams of Pega developers, including contractors\ •Sound knowledge on PRPC frameworks and Enterprise Class Structure principles •Hands on experience in Pega 7 required.
