*Kofax Developer Lead* *Trenton, New Jersey 08625, USA* *8+ Month Contract* *Description: *Need Kofax Developer Leads to serve as a key software developer and administrator of Kofax Total agility. Work with the business to analyze and document business, functional requirements and review/propose/produce specifications and solution for any new/change to technology applications. Propose optimized workflow and process automation for the business operations and create simulation to prove the process automation efficiency in the Kofax platform. Play a key role in code migration between environments such as development, testing, staging/UAT, production and Disaster Recovery. Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted and helps develop a change management/training plan. Conduct business process modeling and document applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team. Produces documentation and transition Kofax solutions to the state approved maintenance team. · Ability to transition business processes into business and technical requirements. Work with business and other parties to document business process, workflow, requirements, and other technical artifacts that required for project planning activities. · Responsible to identify, assess, and document functional requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs. Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. · Handle complicated technical scenarios and propose technical solution options · Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. Simulate, validate and develop solution in KOFAX platform · Develop and test applications in Kofax platform using Kofax tools and SDK · Assist in producing estimates for Kofax licensing and product development Assist Quality Management team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed. · Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. Provide relevant test scenarios for the testing team. · Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure testing results correspond to business expectations · Document technical requirements and design specification to promote and implement Cloud architecture and solutions. · Document technical requirements and design specification to promote and implement software as a service solutions. Look for opportunities for other cloud services · Document technical requirements and design specification to implement infrastructure and integrate with ERP solutions. Promote Cloud architecture · Document technical requirements and design specification to implement infrastructure and Business Intelligence. Promote Cloud architecture · Document technical requirements and design specification to implement infrastructure and Content Management. Promote Cloud architecture · Document technical requirements and design specification to implement infrastructure and Disaster Recovery solutions. · Document technical requirements and design specification to implement application health check, transaction and performance monitoring of IT solutions · Document technical requirements and design specification to implement non production environment and SDLC processes. · Document technical requirements and design specification to implement development and management environment including project management tools, SDLC tools, performance monitoring and reporting tools. · Document technical requirements and design specification and implement (code as needed) shared services, micro services, and applications · Research and validate hardware and infrastructure design. · Contribute to the Design of the enhancements to business processes · Lead development effort for enhancements to business processes · Lead the effort to rollout (deploy into production) the system enhancements · Participate, as needed in the rollout process · Participate in planning and defining cost estimates, scheduling and development of work breakdown structure · Participate in research and analysis of new technologies · Mentor and coach peers and subordinates · Provide knowledge transfer to peers and subordinates *Skills Required:* · Skilled in .NET platform and integrate Kofax services with external services · Requires data analytics and produce custom reports · Proven history of working with Agile · Awareness of the business and IT strategy · Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services · Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications · Line of Business experience a plus (Risk and Finance Technology) *Skills Preferred:* · Background working with Procurements Services Systems/Tools *Experience Required:* · Must have a proven history of working independently · Must have experience writing use cases and user stories and document and simulate process work flow · Experience in setting up test cases, test scenarios · Experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis *Experience Preferred:* · Preferred P8 File knowledge and related certification • Preferred Captiva experience *Education Required:* · College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience *Education Preferred:* · Preferred KOFAX KTA certification *Additional Information:* · Fingerprint process is needed once selected Thanks & Regards Akber Mohiuddin RadGov, Inc 6750 N.
