PeopleSoft Technical Trainer supporting agencies and the Cardinal Payroll
Implementation



*Training Role*

•       Analyze training needs

•       Training development experience (PeopleSoft HCM modules)

•       Training roll-out experience

•       Technical knowledge of PeopleSoft

•       Define orientation/training needs

•       Establish ongoing training needs

•       Design, develop, and execute training classes, on-line help

•       Coordinate training/coaching efforts



*Training Responsibility*

•       Ability to develop training data

•       Ability to test training data

•       Ability to consolidate documents and oversee production

•       Instructor-led and coaching skills

•       Provide coaching

•       Execute training

•       Develop new/Update existing materials

•       Update current training database

•       Test new activities

•       Create training communications as needed (job aids, notification of
system changes, etc.)

•       Establish and rollout model office

•       Assess/monitor other help desk requests to determine additional
training needs
