We are looking for a SharePoint Lead\Manager who can work on our Client's 
office to manage SharePoint projects, gather requirements, work with 
Offshore development team, coordinate with the Customer and offshore team 
to clarify requirements, create Project plan and update stake holders and 
update status to the client stake holders.

The Project Manager will coordinate development for an intranet project on 
SharePoint Online.

These primary activities for this position will include, but not be limited 
to:

   - Provide technical and administrative support to client for their 
   SharePoint environment to include design, architecture, availability, 
   performance, monitoring and security.
   - Work with the application owner and key stakeholders across the 
   program to provide project management support to execute application 
   development.
   - Oversee design, develop, deploy, and maintain customized SharePoint 
   applications.


   - Work with development team and act as a project Lead.
   - Lead the system development lifecycle for SharePoint custom solutions, 
   including analysis, design, configuring, programming, and testing
   - Provide operational (IT-related) support and maintenance for the 
   system infrastructure as well as application support for end users and 
   administrators.
   - Develop a maintenance and support plan for the SharePoint environment.
   - Ensure that important business critical functions as defined in the 
   requirements are up and operational.
   - Update key stakeholders on the progress of project, provide reports 
   including but not limited to weekly status report, scrum reports, project 
   planning report.
   - Conduct Scrum meetings
   - Manage the troubleshooting support provided to internal users through 
   the service desk.

*Minimum Qualifications*

   - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
   - At least 8-10 years of experience on IT projects.
   - At least 7 years of experience working on SharePoint projects.
   - At least 2 years of experience working on Office 365 and SharePoint 
   Online
   - Experience managing teams of at least 3 SharePoint resources.
   - Experience managing teams in a customer service / help desk 
   environment.
   - Experience reporting to customer senior management, including status 
   reporting, presentations and facilitating meetings.


   - Excellent communication skills.
