Description: SAP SD Customer Service - Resource needed to be the North America Business Process expert on Order Receipt & Handling processes. Resource should be a quick learner, understand OTC processes, have some experience with SAP SD module and also experience with large-scale SAP implementations is preferred. The resource will be working with 2 or more knowledgeable counterparts and guiding additional resources that perform Run-the-business activities for OR&H space. The resource will be responsible for being one of the key regional leads for OR&H space for 2 large scale SAP implementation project phases. The resource must be able to travel on site and have excellent communication skills as they will be working with Global leads and business users (i.e. CSRs).
