*Position: Oracle EBS HCM BA* *Location: Indianapolis, IN* *Duration: 18 - 36+ Months* *VISA: No Constraints* *No # Positions: 2* *Oracle functional HCM Benefits BA* · *Configuration experience in Oracle HCM Benefits modules (Oracle Fusion/Cloud experience strongly preferred)* · Ideally, the candidate has helped implement the benefit modules at past clients · *Focus will be on RICEW objects, with majority of time focused on Interfaces* · Must have working knowledge of Fast Formulas, Flex Fields, and Workflows · Will be responsible for functional and technical deliverables (including business requirements documentation, data conversion documentation, systems integration documentation, documenting report requirements, etc.) · Strong verbal and written communication are a must, works well in a team environment · Must be able to work well with technical and functional teams · This resource will be a part of the IS team, must have an IS background (not purely functional – need the resource to understand the basics of interfaces) · Immediate responsibility will be to define benefit interfaces (retirement interfaces, medical/vision/dental interfaces) · Must have experience working with external benefit vendors (3rd parties integrating with Oracle) · This resource will play the liaison between the functional HCM team configuring Oracle and the Development team, defining functional requirements for benefit interfaces and aiding in technical design sessions *Position: Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant* *Location: Kansas City, MO* *Duration: Long term* *VISA: No Constraints* A direct client of HYR has an immediate need for an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant to be onsite. The role requires an understanding of full implementation of Oracle. Knowledge of EBS modules will be key to the role as you will be working with the finance and accounting arms to create and improve processes and reports.
