Delivering meaningful and impactful reporting that enable insights and
solutions to senior leadership

Creating dashboard reports and finalizing the presentation of data for the
business

Identifying data inconsistencies and flagging for process improvements,
while engaging in Data cleansing

Leveraging world-class technology for analysis, reporting, and data
visualization



*Responsibilities*

Work within multiple systems to gather data to complete weekly reporting
deliverables for staffing

Partnering with Talent and HR Resources teams to deliver in-depth reports
and analysis

Build relationships with stakeholders in each organization to identify
opportunities to create better reporting around staffing activity

Build and innovate reporting and analysis using data visualization tools
like Tableau, Looker, etc.

*Qualifications*

Minimum 2 years of experience working in reporting and data gathering

Proficient in Excel

Experience with Tableau or other Data Visual Tools

Background working with HR data a plus



*POSITION: 2*

*Job Title: Business Analyst*

*Location: San Bruno, CA*

*Duration: 6+ Months Contract*



*Responsibilities:*

Analyzes complex and large data sets across multiple product categories –
business results, information related to product performance, trends,
forecasts, competitors, and industry data

Identifies opportunities for price investment allocation, price levels,
requirement for vendor funding levels that enable a high return on
investment across a wide range of products and with complex vendor and
category implications

Supports the development of pricing programs to capture identified
opportunity

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and
standards of ethics and integrity and ensures business needs are being met



*Minimum Qualifications:*

4+ years of experience

Graduate degree in Statistics, Math, Economics or MBA

Experience in statistical analysis

Strong analytical skills – creative problem solver that can run analyses on
large data sets, build complex analytical models using sources of
information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced &
actionable analysis

Strong oral and written communication skills – including the ability to
develop and deliver presentations in a professional and direct manner

Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of SAS or R or SPSS



*Additional Preferred Qualifications:*

Advanced knowledge of querying, integrating and aggregating large data sets

Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Python
