This role will also work with cross-functional teams across design, research, engineering and analytics to deliver an exceptional user experience. - 3 years of related experience with technology interface and agile experience. - Agile certification (SAFe preferred). - Product Owner of multiple applications or teams in disparate trains. - Provides independent thought leadership over agile teams. - Influence and exercise leadership. - Provides coaching and mentoring to agile teams and junior product owners. - Able to construct/prioritize a multiple team backlog with significant collaboration from IT, Business and Agile leadership. - Facilitates multiple team level events; possible back-up to Product Manager. - Facilitates portfolio product alignments with ARTs and/or teams within the same portfolio.
