Please respond me back with your updated resume ASAP. *Role: Forge Rock Consultant with IAM* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: Fulltime / Contract* *Client : Cognizant* *JD:* Responsible for providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) across set client projects and industry forums. § Understand organizational business requirements to produce IAM solutions that meet current and future business needs. § Facilitate discussions with internal customers and other stakeholders in large workshops, small groups or one-on-one sessions while driving adoption of best practices in IAM, across a range of applications and other IT resources. § Ability to architect planning and design for new or upgrade IAM infrastructure projects, articulating the general benefits of an IAM system. § Collaborate with the IAM implementation team to ensure adequate support for the rapid adoption of cloud and on-premise services while providing secure integration and data exchange across multiple user populations. o Assess the current state of client IAM infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement. Establish an IAM service improvement plan with particular focus on resource optimization and operational efficiency and effectiveness o Provide security design, consultancy, and assessment services while introducing improvements in technical security standards and security implementation designs/patterns o Develop / Implement a reference IAM architecture and ensure project and solutions delivery to that architecture. o Develop Identity & Access Management Strategies to include roadmap planning and design. (leveraging as needed: Role-based Access Control (RBAC), Federation, Single Sign-on, Multi-factor Authentication, Segregation of Duties, and Reporting & Compliance) for on-prem, SaaS and Azure public cloud based applications o Partner with IAM build team to ensure project planning and requirements are clearly defined and aligned for an appropriate implementation of scalable and agile IAM solutions o Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Partners and Transformation Management Office to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered.
