Knowledge of wireline and wireless communications technologies and standards, including *fiber optics, T1, DS-3, MPLS, cellular / 5G, CDMA, TDMA, VoIP, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, IP networking concepts (subnetting, routing).* The selected candidate will manage all phases of network installation and administration; to research and document communications technologies, topologies, and trends.
