Initially, they are implementing the system for US & Canada, with plans to extend it further for South America region (Argentina, Brazil), followed by Europe & APAC regions. - They are seeking an expert level Techno-Functional SAP HCM Payroll IT consultant with vast experience/expertise in the Configuration of Payroll Rules & Payroll Schemas for US & Canada (having experience in Argentina & Brazil Payroll systems will be nice to have). - At least 5-10 years’ experience in SAP HCM Payroll with hands-on (Configuration) experiences include Payroll Schema. - She/He will be working along with the Vendor (Strada) team to implement the system and guide them on the Payroll Rules & Payroll Schemas for the system implementation from the scratch to finish. - Experience with different Taxes and Payroll Report configuration for US & Canada. - ABAP Programming, Testing and Debugging experience is required. - They are looking for a SME, who is not just running & maintaining the Payroll System, but have a thorough understanding of the complete SAP HCM Payroll system implementation. - This is a 12 months contract to start with, and can be extended further (depending if the candidate has the understanding of other countries/regions specified above). - This is expected to be a 100% onsite role, but they are bit flexible for the exceptional candidate. *Top 3 Skills:-* - Payroll Rules & Payroll Schemas - ABAP Programming, Testing and Debugging - Good Communication, Reporting and Documentation skills. *Interview Process:- *Complete hiring process (Profile Shortlisting + Panel-Interviews via Zoom – can be 1 or 02) will take about 4 weeks, hence the start date will fall in 1st week of May-2025.
