*Job Description:*

The ServiceNow OCM Consultant is responsible for driving organizational
readiness, user adoption, communication, training, and business
transformation activities during ServiceNow implementation and
transformation programs. The role ensures successful people-side adoption
of ServiceNow platforms such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, and
GenAI-enabled workflows.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Organizational Change Management
• Develop and execute OCM strategy for ServiceNow transformation programs
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
• Create business readiness and adoption plans
• Drive user engagement and organizational alignment
• Manage resistance and support leadership alignment

*Required Skills:*
ServiceNow Knowledge
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules:
• ITSM
• HRSD
• CSM
• ITOM
• SecOps
• Employee Center
• AI/Virtual Agent capabilities

*OCM Skills:*
• Change impact analysis
