You mean after taking the normal precautions
about grounding yourself, etc to lessen the
possibility of wiping out your computer (or part
of it) with static electricity? If so then "yes".
All the 7300 mobos were identical, and came
with either a 180 or 200Mhz card. So does that
mean you're downgrading to 180Mhz?
Whenever you remove and re-install a card in
one of these you might have to also reset the
nearby CUDA switch. Not necessary in many
cases.
