Although this seller states US only, I've had success with US sellers by
emailing them before bidding and requesting that they allow me to bid (I

Seen is different from heard....pull the cache dimm and check again to see if
the backside cache is still zero
use Newer's 'Cache 22' to check (email offline if you don't have it)
