As I recall, some recent posts on this list claimed the use of EDO 
memory mixed with the other kind without apparent bad results. I'm 
wondering if I heard right.

Also, I know from my own experience and what I learned long ago on 
this list, that my PTP machines' original documentation specified a 
maximum memory module size of 64 meg only because that was the 
largest size available at the time of the manual's writing and that 
128 meg sticks work fine.

Now, I'm upgrading this Power Mac 6500/250, which has only two memory 
slots that call for 168 pin, EDO, 64 meg max modules for a total 
memory of 128 megs.  Can I stick 128 meg modules in there for a total 
of 256 megs?  Also, will it have to be EDO?
