I have a PCP w/Sonnet 500 MHz G3 Card. 512MB RAM. OS 9.1. AppleWorks 6.1.2. AppleTalk/Local Talk printer network. Apple ImageWriter II Check printer - Epson 800 Color Ink Jet and HP 6MP laser. PCP on one end of the chain and PTP 225 (it has a PowerLogix 450Mhz 450 G4 card and is dead in the water at the moment) still connected on the other end.
Lately, it is taking longer and longer for something to be printed on the HP. The wait has become like three minutes or better. I reinstalled the HP software (Driver) to no avail. This printer is designed to be a network printer. I bought it as "overkill" for my needs. Any ideas out there?
