The SpeedTools download is free, and gives you a certain number of restarts to see if it will work for you. It's simpler software than CD-ROM Toolkit, and seems to support more drives (including both my CD-ROM and Yamaha CD-RW). I also have no affiliation, but am well pleased with the product and think it is a good value -- especially considering Intech promises free updates for life (as opposed to FWB, which charges for most upgrades).
