The Powerbase takes 5 volt EDO DIMMS. The front bank is limited to 32MB, so you might 
try switching the modules around. I have a DT case, and the "front" bank is actually 
towards the back of the computer. I've actually bought all three sticks from OWC and 
haven't had any problems with the DIMMS I got.

I'm using 1 32MB and 2 64MB FPM DIMMs in my PowerBase 200....  No problems
I would pulll the new 64MB stick and see what happens.  If allll is well
send it back and try 
a 64MB FPM.
